The Basics - What you Need to Know about the Polycore building system for general handling and installation knowledge.

 

Commercial Walls

Structural or curtain wall for use in warehouses and other large-scale commercial building projects. Polycore Grade Beams will complete the project and provide a complete R36+ insulated envelope for increased energy efficiency, while saving you time and money.

 

Residential Foundation Walls

Fully insulated and structural foundations for residential projects without concrete. Polycore wall systems are easy and fast to install, providing a steel framed basement with EPS insulation, in a fraction of the time it takes to pour concrete. Our foundation product has an additional 2" of foam, for a total of 8" of EPS foam combined with galvanized steel providing a R36+ insulated foundation.

 

Residential Walls

Fast and efficient insulated wall sections used for bungalow or multi story units, even garage grade/wall uni-sections. Knock days off your building schedule with our wall systems. We make it simple to frame and insulate a house – by packing two tasks into one for an efficient building process. Our steel framing can be pre-shaped for windows, and our EPS foam has built in channels for electrical. Your build schedule will be greatly reduced, with material costs competitive with traditional building materials.

 

Insulated Residential Foundation Floor

Insulated R18+ Foundation floor panels that eliminate the need for concrete floors. The easy application will save you time and money over a traditional concrete slab.
