Solutions: Active Driver Behavior

There are a handful of Driver Behavior companies out on the market, but very few do little to help out the driver during an actual event.  Convoy Technologies is the first company to introduce the first active driver behavior system for over the road vehicles.  All other available technologies report on hard acceleration/deceleration G-Shock events ONLY after they have occurred.  Unfortunately, by the time these events have been recorded, nothing was done to help prevent an accident from taking place; and while the event has been captured, the driver and others' on the road around him may have been seriously injured or even killed.  Convoy Technologies’ Active Driver Behavior changes how Driver Behavior Technology helps save lives, today.

 

Convoy Technologies uses unique infrared cameras, eye recognition, and facial recognition technologies coupled with complex proprietary algorithms to scientifically provide information on the driver’s fatigue/distraction level.  This information verbally notifies the driver to “wake up” and/or have their “eyes forward” on the road while simultaneously vibrating their seat to ensure they are taken out of harm’s way first.  A video of the event is then sent specifically to the fleet manager via a smartphone app (Android &iOS), text message, or email.
