Mr. Taylor was originally hired as a consultant in April 2003 to assess the company and develop a strategic plan for Nordex Explosives Ltd. Upon completion of the strategic plan, Jim was hired full time as the Vice President of Operations and charged with the implementation and execution of his strategic plan. Nordex Explosives Sales in 2003 totalled $0.9 Million, one year later sales reached 2.4 million and have continued to grow ever since, 2010 sales reached $12.4 million. Jim has been instrumental in the development and implementation of key processes, the most significant of which was the development of the Nordex Explosives Ltd. plant and the Nordex Emulsion product lines.

Shawn joined Nordex Explosives Ltd. as a Sales Agent in December 2005. With over 16 years of customer service and sales experience, Shawn was instrumental in helping Nordex sales increase from $3.7 million in 2005 to $12.4 million in 2010. In addition to his role as Sales Agent, Shawn was heavily involved in the Technical Support of Nordex Clients, including the review of blast patterns, timings and training of client personnel on the safe and effective use of Nordex products. In June of 2010, Shawn joined Nordex Explosives Ltd as the Manager – Sales & Technical Services. Shawn has been a key player in the evolution of the Nordex product line, Sales Team and Technical Service Team.

Pat has been with Nordex for over 15 years. Pat has been integral in the development, construction and commissioning of the Nordex Explosives Ltd emulsion plant and the Nordex line of Emulsion products. Pat has built strong relationships with all of Nordex clients and his desire to always put our clients first has played a key role in Nordex growth over the past eight years.

Gordie joined Nordex Explosives Ltd in 2006. His dedication and commitment have proven to be a valuable asset to Nordex Explosives and our clients. Gordie has been instrumental in the development and growth of Nordex Explosives Ltd. Bulk Emulsion Products and Equipment. Gordie has built a strong team of Bulk Specialists for both underground and surface operations and has been a key player in the design of both our underground pumping units and our surface Bulk Emulsion pump trucks.

Kate has been with Nordex for over 7 years. She started as Administrative Assistant and is now the Administration Manager. Kate has been integral in the development of internal admistrative policies and procedures.
