John Pollesel, MBA, FCPA, FCMA
Chief Executive Officer, Director
John Pollesel, recently Senior Vice President, Mining for Finning (Canada). Prior to Finning, he was CEO for the Morris Group of Companies. Mr. Pollesel has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has been a member of several executive and senior management teams including; Chief Operating Officer and Director for Vale’s North Atlantic Operations where he was responsible for one of the largest mining and metallurgical operations in Canada. Prior to Vale, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Compania Minera Antamina S.A. in Peru; one of the largest copper/zinc mining and milling operations in the world. He is currently a director for several public company boards and has chaired audit, finance and other advisory committees in addition to holding director positions with not-for-profit organizations.
Gonzalo Aguiar Gadea
EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Director
Gonzalo Aguiar is currently Chairman and Director of Optima Caulking Group of Companies which is a leading company in the construction industry in Ontario, Canada. As well, he is President of Boreal Volcanic Minerals de Mexico. Mr Aguiar has over 20 years of experience in the development and management of construction projects.
Alonso Ramirez Castañon, Attorney at Law
Vice President, Legal and Commercial
As a member of diverse domestic and international law firms, Alonso has extensive experience in commercial law and international trade. Alonso joined Boreal Agrominerals to assist in the restructuring of the business in Mexico and recently assumed responsibility for global legal and commercial and affairs. During the past 5 years he been a partner of the law firm Gil Elorduy, Yarritu y Asociados, overseeing operations for the firm’s branch in Houston, Texas. His experience also includes the representation of international companies in various sectors of Mexico.
Luping Ding, MBA
President, Asia
Luping is currently the Chairman of China Wuhan Tumi Inca Biological Technology Co., Ltd. She is also the Founder of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Society, the Executive Director of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and the Chairman of Peruvian Pacific Investment Co., Ltd. Luping has over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Chinese market.
Jose Anaya Yabar, B.Sc, Econ.
President, South America (Presidente, Agroboreal SAC)
Jose is currently Chairman of the Agroindustrias Amazónicas SA in Peru. He is also responsible for commercial and scientific oversight for Empresa Alinap S.A.C, Agroboreal S.A.C and is Vice-president of the Maca International Alliance of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies 2017. Jose has been involved in research, development and commercialization of several strategic Andean and Amazonian resources in the agro, food, natural health, ecology, tourism and industrial sectors. He has consulted internationally in South America, Europe and Asia and has spoken at conferences, universities and within the government agencies as well. He has several degrees in the sciences and economics having studied in Peru, Russia and France. He speaks Spanish, Quechua, French and English.
Ron Poirier
General Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics
Ron Poirier is an experienced commercial and supply chain professional who has worked and consulted in the mining industry for over 40 years. He is currently semi-retired but continues to offer expertise in mining-related ventures under Ronald C. Poirier Consultants Inc. Ron retired from INCO (now Vale Base Metals) in 1998 after a lengthy career in Purchasing, Contracts, Warehousing and Inventory Control. Ron continues to consult on a part-time basis to companies such as Lopes Mechanical Ltd. and Wallbridge Mining. He has worked internationally on ventures in Guatemala and Mexico. Ron is fully fluent in English and French and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
Chris Caron
General Manager, Mining Operations
Chris is a senior mining operations manager with more than 20 years in the industry. He has been a metallurgist, mining operations manager and has worked in the field of geology for companies such as Lonmin Canada Inc., Xstrata-Glencore Canada, Yukon Gold Corporation and British Yukon Gold Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Lakehead University focusing on Geology and Chemistry.

A dynamic, highly motivated individual with a diverse business background and professional experience spanning over many years in varied industries. Hazir has a proven track record of managing, owning and growing successful companies in multiple countries including India, Middle East, U.S.A. and Canada. He has over 30 years management expertise.
Charlie Dunsmore
Retail Sales and Distribution for Boreal Agrominerals Inc. (North America)
Charlie Dunsmore is Owner and President of Quality Fertilizers Inc. (www.qualityfertilizers.com). Mr. Dunsmore has been a (CCA) Certified Crop Advisor for Ontario and internationally for more than 20 years. He is also a former Provincial Director for the Ontario Soil and Crop Association and is presently a Director for the Perth County Soil and Crop Association. He has worked in Agricultural Research at the Huron Research Station (which is a division of OAC) and for Dekalb Canada Inc. at the Belmont, Ontario Research Station. Quality Fertilizers Inc. manufactures and supplies specialty fertilizers to nurseries, landscapers and farmers.
