Progress to Date

Results and Achievements

May 23, 2020

  • $2.9 million raised to date, 229 km² land position consolidated
  • High grade Bjorkman discovery sampled (12.7 kilo per tonne grab samples, 8.25 Oz/t from 1.23 tonne sample – 15 km west of producing Young Davidson Mine)
  • Focus has been on Camp scale mapping and sampling on the South Kirkland project area
  •  Elevated gold values returned from new trenched exposures at South Kirkland - Lafond (37.3 g/t Au channel over 0.4m. 9.39 g/t Au over 0.87m in 2017), Cook (up to 8.3 g/t Au –grabs in 2017), Zenith (6.13 g/t Au over 0.52m, 5.42 g/t Au over 0.67m, 2.01 g/t Au over 0.88m in 2018)
  • Two potentially economic exploration target areas identified in the South Kirkland project area: Lafond (Intrusion hosted gold system with similarities to Alamos’ Young Davidson Mine) and Cook-Zenith (large scale shear hosted system)
  • In Timmins, the company has identified number of compelling exploration target opportunities at the past producing high grade DeSantis Mine (~200,000 tonnes grading 5.89 g/t produced between (1939-1942) from 1,244 foot shaft with 9 UG levels).
  • New 16B Zone discovered in 2011 intersected 4.09 g.t over 7.2m – good exploration potential to establish new resources up dip
  • Option partner IAMGOLD drilling at optioned Jumping Moose and Elephant Head projects near their Cote Gold Project, with encouraging results so far.
  • New zone discovered at Jumping Moose this summer (5.5 g/t Au over 3.3 metres – channel sample)
  • Large geophysical target outlined at Elephant Head associated with new zone of mineralization (grab values up to 102 g/t Au)
