HISTORY
PETER BLACK
AIM is founded by Peter Black on Notre-Dame Street East, in Montreal, Quebec.
INNOVATION
The company becomes one of the first metal recyclers in the world to build a heated facility, a game changer for improving the working conditions and productivity of the employees.
WORLDWIDE
The global headquarters are moved to Henri-Bourassa East, in Montreal, to a new site with 100+ acres of land.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
With its first shredder deployed in Montreal, AIM Recycling becomes more competitive on the domestic market and greatly expands its international client base.
MORE THAN 70 SITES
In 2018, AIM Recycling has over 70 sites worldwide, 5 processing facilities with shredders, 3 direct access to deep-water ports.
