Cámara Argentina de Empresarios Mineros (CAEM)

About Us

OUR HISTORY

CAEM represents the leading companies in large and medium-sized international mining, small international metal exploration companies and the small and medium-sized national mining company, mainly dedicated to application rocks and construction materials. It also supports the various supplier companies in the sector, from mining equipment manufacturers, to suppliers of inputs and services, technical, legal and financial.

The Argentine Chamber of Mining Entrepreneurs (CAEM) was born in 1991, absorbing into its statute the Chamber of Metal Mining and the Argentine Mining Confederation, facing the need of the industry to create a federal representation entity that covers the entire spectrum of mining activity.

It is made up of the Stone Chamber of the Province of Buenos Aires, the Mining Chambers of the provinces of Santa Cruz, La Pampa, Córdoba, Chubut, Jujuy, Neuquén, Mendoza, Salta and San Juan, Fomicruz, mining companies, suppliers of mining supplies and services, and accounting and legal studies.
