Central Timmins Exploration Corp.

About Us

Central Timmins Exploration Corp. (CTEC) is an early-stage Canadian-based junior exploration Company with property exclusively in the Porcupine Mining District, in the northeastern region of Ontario.  The Company’s assets are prospective for gold as well as a suite of base metals.

Members of the CTEC team have proven track records and a considerable base of experience in the Timmins Camp and similar geologic environments elsewhere in Canada and internationally. As part of Central Timmins Exploration Corp.’s initial exploration initiative, the Company plans on employing both geophysical and geochemical survey methods to identify and further define anomalies, which will subsequently be drill-tested.

Central Timmins Exploration Corp. was incorporated under the Laws of Canada on November 10, 2017.  On January 8, 2018 the Company acquired strategic none-core assets from Claim Post Resources in the Timmins Region, Porcupine Mining District for a cash payment and a Net Smelter Royalty (“NSR”) that varies from 1% to 2%, depending on the claims and the pre-existing NSR burden, that is subject to certain buy back provisions.  Claim Post Resources had historically been active in the region and over a long period of time staked and amassed the third largest land position in the region at 78 square kilometers of patented and unpatented claims that are highly prospective for gold and base metals.
