In 1982, after many years as a design engineer with Stephens Adamson in Belleville, Ontario, Dave Dibben decided the time was right to venture on his own.  Dave partnered with Tony Lassing, a renowned architect and mechanical engineer to form Lassing Dibben Consulting Engineers Ltd.

In 1986, Bill Vaughan the owner of ConveyBulk Engineering and an experienced bulk material handling engineer, joined with Dave and Tony.

Through the 1990's and into the new millennium, Lassing Dibben has maintained its high standing in the bulk material handling field while offering a variety of engineering, design and management services to design-build contractors, original equipment manufacturers and end-users.
