1945 
3 Saint Etienne (France) coal mines engineers (M. Notin, M. Leflon, and  M. Plagnol) came to the same conclusion : « there is  no optimal way to repair conveyor belts».
 
1947 
Official establishment of MINET in Saint-Chamond (Loire - France). The company manufactures hinge fasteners, adhesives, vulcanizing presses, special belts and vulcanizes belts.
 
1993 
The JAKOB family thru ASER buys MINET.
ASER applies for patents and grants exclusives worldwide licences to MINET.
 
1995 
MINET developps flexibles lacings (Super-Screw® and PVC/PU lacings).
 
1999
Opening of USA's subsidiary : MLT Inc.
 
2001
Minet buyout of VALFLOR in Spain who becomes MLT SA Spain.
 
2002 
- Purchasing from Metso a production line for special truly endless spliceless belts.
- Moved to larger existing buildings in St-Chamond (ZI du Clos Marquet - France).
- Opening of MLT GmbH in Straubing, Germany.
 
2005 
Taking over of Goro (mechanical fastener manufacturer) in Saint-Privat-des Vieux (Gard - France).
 
2008
MLT Belt Fasteners Australia, based in Newcastle, opens its doors.
 
2011 
Vulcanising tools and rafineries tanks gaskets are leased to FOMIA, subsidiary of ASER.
 
2013 
Minet changes its name to Minet Lacing Technology.
