Northern Mat & Bridge LP (“NMB”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of the operating assets of Terrain Enterprises (“Terrain”). Terrain has been in business since 2012 and is a manufacturer of high quality, 3-ply wooden access mats. NMB has retained the management and employees of Terrain and welcomes them into the NMB family. The acquisition includes an automated access mat manufacturing facility located in Creston, British Columbia. The facility has been in operation since 2012 and has continually improved its overall efficiency to become a key access mat manufacturer within Western Canada.
