DriverCheck has produced and made available for purchase an 'ICC look-alike' driver's physical form and wallet card for transborder drivers to assist companies wishing to maintain a DOT-like medical standard. These forms are strictly for occupational health purposes only and do not replace any government licensing forms. We have a network of physicians across the country who perform drivers' medicals which include pre-placement, transborder, and provincial or MOT medicals and who provide other occupational health services for drivers such as vision tests, audio tests and back assessments.

For clarity, convenience, and consistency in maintaining DOT standards, DriverCheck has made available copies of its letter to clients and physicians as well as copies of the letter from the U.S. DOT.
