In addition to the required machining facilities and equipment, we have all the skills and certifications needed to repair and refurbish pressure vessels.
SERVICES
• "Turnkey" repair services including RBQ and ASME accreditation and certification.
• Evaluation of welding and equipment condition using:
○ Liquid penetrants
○ Ultrasound
• Partial or complete heat exchanger retubing
• Tube plate gasket face repair
• Partial collar repair
• Component performance improvement studies
• Repair and replacement of alloy components
• Recommendations for increasing useful life
• Final testing:
○ Hydrostatic seal testing
○ Full external seam testing and pressure resistance testing (if possible)
○ RBQ accreditation report

Electrical Motor Winder
The winder proceeds to the manufacturing and installation of various winding on electromechanical equipments.
Machinist
Reporting to the team leader, the machinist operates various conventional machine-tools in order to build and repair different mechanical assemblies.
