ASSEMBLY, FABRICATION, INSTALLATION & EMERGENCY REPAIRS
Boilermakers assemble, install, and repair boilers, closed vats, and other large vessels or containers that hold liquids and gases. In short, their jobs are physically demanding and dangerous which is why a comprehensive job hazard review is conducted and examined in detail by the entire team prior to undertaking any task. Once agreement has been established by individuals on the team, commitment to the safety plan becomes unanimous and the execution begins. Having an impeccable safety culture is critical to successfully complete the assigned project.
Our boilermakers are well versed with the on-site assembly of different vessels and tanks and have worked on large storage tanks, complex dust collection systems, stacks and scrubbers, and large diameter flues. TESC’s Industrial Team can fabricate and install any component for new installations, emergency repairs and maintenance shut downs.
