Every individual on a job site, from supervisors to the workers who report to them, are personally accountable. TESC proudly hosts a mature Quality Program, holding the following certificates of authorization:

• Heating Fuels Contractor, Petroleum Contractor Licenses
• Electrical Contractor License
• Master Plumber Contractor License
• Quality Control Program Certificate of Registration (Sask)

Client Quality expectations are of paramount importance to us.  We ensure compliance to code, regulations, legal and client standards through the development of multi-disciplined construction work packages (in compliance with CWB, TSSA, ESA, CSA) and include extensive Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.  These packages are constructed, reviewed and approved while interfacing with the TESC Project Management Team and Client.  Site execution of the Quality Plan is performed by licensed inspectors with accreditation to regulatory bodies and with support from the Corporate/Regional Quality Manager.

Junior Estimator
The Junior Estimator performs take-offs from construction drawings and calculates the costs of labour and material for
construction projects in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Scheduler/Planner

The Scheduler/Planner oversees and manages every aspect of a project schedule, at every stage from conception to completion.
