In regard to sustainable development, we have constructed many energy-efficient and LEED®-certified projects, such as Notre-Dame-de-Grace Sports Centre (LEED® Gold), CHC des Pommetiers retirement home (LEED®Gold) or the Le Windsor Building (LEED® Gold). We have received several awards and honours for the construction quality of these green buildings.
In addition, EBC is committed to protecting human health and the environment through rigorous compliance with federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. On all of our construction projects,our team ensures that the risks associated with existing environmental conditions are minimized and that no new environmental risks are created.
The professionals at EBC also take steps to minimize the quantity and toxicity of hazardous waste generated on site. As per applicable regulations and best practices, this waste is collected and processed safely to avoid any environmental contamination.

The incumbent will be asked to estimate the costs of each public or private project for which the company has decided to respond to a call for tenders and participate in the coordination of the project.
