Belterra Corporation Completes Acquisition of Rematech Industries

Belterra announced today the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Rematech Industries and its subsidiaries. Rematech, founded in 1964, has been a leader in conveyor belting, rubber and urethane molded products and corrosion and abrasion resistant lining products and services through it’s three locations in Sudbury, Thunder Bay and Mississauga, Ontario.
 
Belterra has provided expert conveyor belt and material flow handling solutions and services since 1969. Originating out of British Columbia, Belterra currently has 20 locations across Canada and employs the largest field service team in the country.

Our Kamloops, BC branch is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Inside Sales Representative.

Conveyor Belt Technician - Will Train

  • Perform in-field installation, repair and preventative maintenance services on conveyor and material handling systems
  • Shop and field work including installations, maintanaince and rebuilds of components, rubber lining, pulley rebuilds, light fabrication/welding

The position consists of the installation of belts and other conveyor components at customer’s site.
