1885: Creation of SCAC (Société Commerciale d’Affrètements et de Commission) 
1965: Opening of initial offices in Asia and the USA 
1986: Acquisition of SCAC by the Bolloré Group 
1992: Acquisition of Transcap and TTA
2001: Acquisition of Kamden (USA & UK). 
2003: Merger between all companies to form SDV.
2004: Acquisition of the Geis network in Asia & creation of SDV Geis Germany. 
2005: Acquisition of SWG (AirLink/Sea Link) in India. 
2007: Acquisition of JE Bernard in the UK and Proservice in the US.
2008: Acquisition of SAEL in South Africa and creation of SDV UAE (Dubai). 
2009: Acquisition of Europacific in Australia.
2009: Opening of the SDV subsidiaries in Bangladesh and Pakistan.
2010: Opening of the SDV subsidiary in Poland

At the same time, we are developing a transversal approach to customer management (Key Account Management), suppliers (purchases of air and ocean freight) and to operations (interconnecting sea freight and air freight platforms).
