Convert DSL cabinets from one manufacturer (Nokia) to another (Alcatel) that is capable of higher speed and video. Scope includes copper splicing, fibre splicing and installation of 300 cabinets in various locations throughout Edmonton. Valard crews have developed a new process for the conversion that saves the client roughly $2,500.00 per cabinet. This is now the new standard of practice for the client going forward.

Reporting to the Collaborative Services Manager, the Hydrovac Swamper will be responsible for safe operation of the hydrovac unit as directed by the Valard Hydrovac Operator.
Reporting to the Collaborative Services Manager, the Hydrovac Operator will be responsible for safe operation and daily maintenance of the hydrovac units.
Supporting a variety of job functions, the employee is responsible for performing the day to day manual tasks on the project.
